Ruling coalition proposes changes to animal protection act

Ljubljana, 13 April - MPs of the three ruling coalition parties filed in parliamentary procedure on Thursday changes to the Animal Protection Act, which aim to promote responsible animal ownership and reduce the number of abandoned or tortured animals.
