Cave mining completed, rescue effort still ongoing

Cerknica, 16 April - Rescuers are still trying to extract a caver who sustained severe head trauma at a depth of 100 metres in a newly discovered cave near Cerknica on Saturday. During Sunday mining teams have expanded several narrow sections to get the stretcher down and are now trying to bring the woman above ground, according to multiple media reports.
