Ljubljana, 18 April - It will be changeably cloudy on Tuesday. Local showers are forecast for the east of the country. A north-easterly wind will blow, and a weak bora in the western region of Primorska. Morning lows will range from -1 to 9 degrees Celsius, but it will warm up to between 11 and 17 degrees during the day, up to 20 on the coast.
