Decision to cull 230 brown bears remains in place
Ljubljana, 19 April - Prime Minister Robert Golob and Minister of Natural Resources Uroš Brežan met Wednesday to discuss the planned culling of 230 brown bears after Golob questioned the ministry's decision. The ministry said after the meeting that the decision stays in place but a broad discussion on large carnivores is planned for May.
