Peer violence and permissive upbringing discussed at conference

Ljubljana, 20 April - The increase in violence and aggressive behaviour among youth is partly a consequence of permissive upbringing that is present in every area of life, heard the Emergency Response and Awareness Conference, organised by the Slovenian branch of the International Police Organisation.
