Hockey star Anže Kopitar to give World Championship a miss
Los Angeles, 2 May - Slovenia's Anže Kopitar, captain of the NHL team Los Angeles Kings and two-time Stanley Cup winner, will not play for Slovenia at this year's Ice Hockey World Championship, the 35-year-old announced not long after his team was knocked out of the NHL Stanley Cup playoffs.
