Dnevnik critical of govt plan to cut Church funding

Ljubljana, 3 May - The newspaper Dnevnik is critical in its commentary on Wednesday of the government-sponsored legislative changes that lower the state funding for the Roman Catholic Church. The government's attitude demonstrates its understanding of the secular state in its most rigid form, the paper says.
