Ljubljana stock index closes lower

Ljubljana, 3 May - The benchmark index on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, SBI TOP, closed the first trading day following the extended May Day holiday in the negative territory, shedding 0.23%. Trading volumes were modest, at EUR 747,500, of which EUR 289,570 were deals with NLB bank, which closed 0.84% lower.
