Report finds Melamin's assessment of major accidents inadequate

Kočevje/Ljubljana, 4 May - An Environment Ministry task force that analysed the deadliest industrial accident in Slovenian history has found that the blast at the chemical company Melamin in May 2022, which killed seven people and left around 25 injured, was a result of several factors, including the chemical not being tested in a lab on delivery to the company.
