Govt to remedy unconstitutionality in legal status of university members

Ljubljana, 11 May - The government has drafted changes to the Higher Education Act that address unconstitutionality found by the Constitutional Court in March 2021 regarding the question of whether members of universities can be independent legal entities. The changes will be sent to the National Assembly to be passed in a fast-track procedure.
