Talks start in Ljubljana to finalise key atrocities prosecution document
Ljubljana, 15 May - Representatives of nearly 80 countries are expected in Ljubljana on Monday for a two-week conference to finalise what is considered to be the first key international treaty in prosecution of atrocities since the 1998 Rome Statute.
