Day of remembrance for victims of communism cancelled

Ljubljana, 17 May - Just hours before Slovenia was due to mark National Day of Remembrance for Victims of Communism, the government revoked late on Tuesday a decree by its predecessors that created the memorial day with the argument that it was declared without a "public and expert debate".
