MOL cleared to take over OMV Slovenija

Brussels, 17 May - The European Commission has cleared Hungarian oil company MOL to acquire OMV Slovenija, the country's second largest network of service stations. The approval is conditional on MOL selling 39 service stations in Slovenia to the British Shell Group.
