President stresses importance of bees as she visits Rome

Rome, 19 May - On the first day of her working visit to Italy and the Vatican, President Nataša Pirc Musar met Qu Dongyu, director-general of the UN Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO), to discuss the importance of bees and other pollinators. The president also opened an exhibition marking World Bee Day at the FAO headquarters in Rome.
