Papič discusses knowledge security in Brussels

Brussels, 23 May - Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation Igor Papič stressed the importance of an appropriate balance between the principle of openness in the EU research ecosystem and the protection of the interests of the bloc and its institutions, as he took part in a session of EU ministers in charge of research.
