Administrative Court throws out health insurance case

Ljubljana, 26 May - The Administrative Court has thrown out a petition by the Generali insurance company challenging a government decision that capped the monthly premium of top-up health insurance. The court ruled that this government decree was not a document that could be challenged in an administrative dispute, the STA has learnt.
