Slovenian names becoming more diverse
Ljubljana, 4 June - Marija, Ana and Franc are still the most popular Slovenian names in 2023 but their numbers are decreasing, shows the latest data by the Statistics Office, which recorded 61,040 different names among Slovenians at the start of the year, up 695 from the year before.
