Ministry working on deposit refund system for drinks packaging

Ljubljana, 5 June - Environment Ministry and environmental NGO representatives have warned that Slovenia will not be able to achieve EU-set environmental goals without introducing a container deposit refund system, as they took part in Monday's discussion on pros and cons of such a system hosted by the upper chamber of parliament.
