Govt examining more equitable funding system for municipalities

Ljubljana, 5 June - Prime Minister Robert Golob said after Monday's government meeting with mayors that lump sum funding for municipalities would not increase this year. The increased costs will instead be covered on a case-by-case basis, while potential higher funding for next year is open for debate, as are potential changes to the lump sum concept.
