Legendary 19th century Ljubljana pastry revived

Ljubljana, 8 June - The oldest recipe for a pastry known as the Ljubljana Štrukelj, which first appeared in the first original Slovenian cook book from 1868, has been revived and modernised. The cake is made of dough, orange filling, vanilla, jam and almonds, and is a variant of an Austro-Hungarian cake.
