Top court warns caseload overwhelming, discreditation attempts unacceptable

Ljubljana, 9 June - Constitutional Court President Matej Accetto delivered a warning about the top court's overwhelming caseload as he present its report for 2022 on Friday. While the number of pending cases was reduced, he said the effort needed was unsustainable. Accetto also voiced criticism of attempts to discredit both the court and its judges.
