Večer says Ukraine's counter-offensive taking small steps

Ljubljana, 13 June - The Ukrainian counter-offensive, thought to have been under way since 6 June, has disappointed those who expected a spectacle that would lead to a rapid end of the war, the newspaper Večer says on Tuesday.
