Telekom shareholders fail with proposal on dividend payout

Ljubljana, 16 June - Shareholders of telecoms incumbent Telekom Slovenije failed with their proposals on Friday on the payout of 4.5 or 6 euro gross per share from last year's EUR 40.3 million in profit. The management proposes the money remain undistributed, as the group received state aid and must not pay out dividends.
