Salus continues expansion, branching into rare diseases

Ljubljana, 19 June - Salus, a wholesaler of medications and medical equipment, has struck an agreement to acquire the Croatian company Medorion, which specialises in representing pharma companies producing drugs for rare diseases. Salus intends to buy up to 100% in Medorion in four years, with the price of a 51% share capped at EUR 2.3 million.
