NLB to pay out EUR 55m in dividends, names four supervisors

Ljubljana, 19 June - At the NLB group's annual general meeting on Monday, shareholders decided to pay out EUR 55 million in dividends, or EUR 2.75 gross per share, for 2022 out of the company's EUR 515.46 million balance sheet profit. They will decide on another EUR 55 million dividend payout by the end of the year. Four supervisors were named at the meeting.
