Armal sold to two Schneider-owned companies in Slovenia, Croatia

Maribor/Samobor, 20 June - Tap maker Armal, once a respected brand name that was sold to Croatian bathroom equipment maker Nord Produkt in 2017 after entering receivership in 2013, has now been sold to the Novo Mesto-based Termotehnika and the Zagreb-based Petrokov, both owned by the Austrian Schneider family.
