CoE foundation of Europe, president says in address to Parliamentary Assembly
Strasbourg, 21 June - The Council of Europe (CoE) is the legal foundation of Europe, Slovenian President Nataša Pirc Musar said as she addressed the Parliamentary Assembly on Wednesday to mark the 30th anniversary of Slovenia's CoE membership. She expressed support for all efforts to reach a fair peace in Ukraine.
