Slovenia changes 5G risk mitigation measures based on EU guidance

Brussels, 23 June - The government has amended a decree on risk reduction measures for 5G mobile telecommunications networks that was adopted in 2020. The changes are based on a recent recommendation by the European Commission which states that Huawei and ZTE represent materially higher risks than other 5G suppliers, said the Government Information Security Office.
