Slovenia, six other EU states urge faster W Balkans enlargement

Vienna/Ljubljana, 23 June - Slovenia and six other EU member states have called for faster EU enlargement to the Western Balkans. Initiated by Austria, the statement says the process is too slow and has brought too few concrete results for people in the Balkans. They also warned against instability in the region in the light of the Ukraine war and Kosovo tensions.
