Večer: Other options besides special contribution exist to finance long-term care

Ljubljana, 28 June - Večer argues in Wednesday's commentary that the long-term care bill is welcome in that it sorts out the financing of services, which was the biggest problem of the previous government's legislation, but it notes that a special contribution is not the only way to achieve that.
