Paper thinks health minister ineffective but safe

Koper, 28 June - Primorske Novice is critical of the many failings of Health Minister Danijel Bešič Loredan, from longer waiting times to reckless spending and a growing number of people without a named GP. But it says in Wednesday's commentary that the ouster motion he faces might be good for him.
