Free meals in primary schools as of 2027/28 school year

Ljubljana, 28 June - The National Assembly unanimously passed on Wednesday legislative proposals under which school meals will be free of charge for all primary school children as of 1 September 2027. Children from the poorest families will be eligible for fully subsidies meals as of the next school year.
