Prices of commercial real estate down in Q1 after two years
Ljubljana, 29 June - After nine consecutive quarters of growth, the prices of commercial real estate in Slovenia fell by 2.3% in the first three months of 2023. The prices of retail premises decreased, while the prices of offices increased. The number of transactions remains low, the Statistics Office (SURS) said on Thursday.
