Top court says salaries in judiciary low to the point of being unconstitutional
Ljubljana, 30 June - The Constitutional Court has ruled that the salaries paid to judges and prosecutors are manifestly too low in what constitutes a breach of the constitutional principle of judicial independence and division of power. It gave the legislator six months to remedy the unconstitutional state of affairs.
