Incumbent govt the same as predecessor, paper says

Koper, 1 July - The newspaper Primorske Novice says in its commentary on Saturday that the incumbent government is no better than the previous one, the only difference being that ministers are kinder when selling malarkey. There are too many promises that have not been fulfilled, the paper says under the headline Is Anybody Taking Govt Serious?
