Medicine procurement bill green-lighted by Health Committee

Ljubljana, 13 July - The parliamentary Health Committee okayed on Thursday an emergency bill to deal with disruptions in the supply of pharmaceutical products in the country due to stiff public procurement rules. While the committee members agreed the stop-gap measures were necessary, they stressed the need for a systemic long-term solution.
