Net migration in 2022 positive

Ljubljana, 15 July - Last year, 35,900 Slovenian and foreign citizens immigrated to Slovenia, while slightly over 20,900 people emigrated. Standing out number-wise among newly arrived residents were Ukrainian citizens, with the number of arriving Ukrainians exceeding the number of those who left by nearly 6,100, Statistics Office data shows.
