Finance: Digitalisation can't solve congestion on motorways

Ljubljana, 17 July - For the Robert Golob government, digitalisation seems to be the solution to almost every problem, including healthcare and transport. But Finance says in Monday's commentary What Are We Gonna Digitalise Today? that digitalisation won't make motorways less congested just as it won't cut waiting times in healthcare. At least not much.
