Healthcare
"New changes to health insurance coverage": The health insurance institute ZZZS has sent into public discussion changes to healthcare insurance coverage rules aiming to simplify the processes involved in health resort recuperation programmes, prescribing of medicines and equipment, and the right to salary compensation. (front page, 3)

Tennis
"Carlos Alcaraz new hero of Wimbledon": Carlos Alcaraz and Novak Djoković met tennis fans' expectations and delivered an outstanding performance on Sunday, with the 20-year-old Alcaraz winning his first Wimbledon title. In women's competition Marketa Vondroušova won her first title on Saturday, defeating Ons Jabeur. (front page, 9)

Fiscal inspections
"Income tax fiasco": The Financial Administration has the power to tax property based on an appraisal, a possibility used only rarely, and very often challenged by owners, who usually win in court. So far, the administration has had to repay some 17% of the tax collected this way and a majority of cases are yet to be resolved. (front page, 4)

"Bešič Loredan out, govt down": The number of people believing the government is doing a poor job has increased by 10 percentage points in July over June, reducing the number of undecided respondents. The results were undoubtedly affected by the dismissal of Health Minister Danijel Bešič Loredan. (front page-3)

Natural disasters
"State aid only in a year's time": Prime Minister Robert Golob promised farmers whose crops were damaged by drought last year that they would get state aid in December. But the first payments were carried out only last week. (front page, 4)
