Večer says Russia tarnishing its image to the extreme

Ljubljana, 19 July - Večer says in Wednesday's commentary that, now that Russia has withdrawn from the agreement that allowed the imports of Ukrainian grain across the Black Sea, its image has been tarnished to the extreme. Defeats on the battlefield have taken away the last shred of humanity from Russian President Vladimir Putin, the newspaper adds.
