Campers in N Slovenia urged to take shelter as storm approaches
Ljubljana, 18 July - The Environment Agency has urged people camping in northern Slovenia to take shelter immediately due to a strong storm with gale-force winds and hail moving toward the country from the northwest. A red alert has been issued for the entire country, whereas in a few hours ago it was issued only for the north.
Wind speeds of over 100km/h are expected. In Austria wins speeds between 100km/h and 160km/h were recorded.
The agency recommended that people take shelter between 6pm and 9pm.
