Deal with higher education union signed, strike on pause
Ljubljana, 19 July - Higher Education Minister Igor Papič and Higher Education Trade Union head Gorazd Kovačič signed on Wednesday a deal, addressing strike demands except for salaries, which will be resolved as part of public sector-wide negotiations. The union paused the strike until end of year. Maribor University union is opposed to the deal.
