Dnevnik critical of Verbund court ruling

Ljubljana, 20 July - The newspaper Dnevnik comments on the recent decision by the Maribor Higher Court to quash a first-instance ruling that found Austrian power utility Verbund liable for the damage caused in Slovenia by the swollen Drava River in 2012. If the decision is upheld, everybody, including the state of Slovenia, will walk away empty-handed.
