GH Holding says Review Commission violated procedure when rejecting X-ray deal audit

Ljubljana, 21 July - GH Holding, a construction and medical engineering company that claims a recent tender by the UKC Ljubljana hospital for six x-ray and one CT scan machine had been rigged to favour Siemens Healthcare, rejected on Friday the dismissal of its request for an audit of the deal as unusually hasty and at odds with regulations.
