Employers quitting ESS seen as tactical blockade

Ljubljana, 21 July - Representatives of the government and certain trade unions say that employers made a tactical move to block key legislation with their decision to leave the Economic and Social Council (ESS) on Friday. ESS chair and head of the Pergam confederation of trade unions Jakob Počivavšek thinks the decision is premature.
