Ljubljana, 22 July - Dialogue is key for reaching a consensus that leads to progress in all spheres of society, while monologue leads to worse, one-sided and unfair solutions, Večer writes in a commentary titled (Non)dialogue and Disunity as it notes that laws have been passed in the past year that had not been coordinated with social partners.
