Entire EU must quickly grow up, Delo says

Ljubljana, 27 July - Attempts by Eastern European countries to extend bans on imports of Ukrainian grain suggest the problems that may occur during Ukraine's efforts to join the EU, says the newspaper Delo on Thursday as it highlights that the whole of the EU must quickly develop mature strategy making.
