Following hot car death, review shows caseworker should have done more
Ljubljana/Velenje, 29 July - A review at a local Social Services unit that was launched after a toddler died in an overheated car in June showed that the staff did not have enough information to investigate the family's situation before his death, but the social worker in charge of the case should have insisted on contacting the child's mother, 24ur.com reported.
