Retail sales of beer up by 27% in 2008-2021
Ljubljana, 2 August - A total of 68 breweries operated in Slovenia in 2021, or almost five times as many as in 2008. In the 2008-2021 period, revenue from retail sales of beer increased by 27% to almost EUR 196 million, the Statistics Office said ahead of International Beer Day.
