Mandatory restrictions for manual handling of loads introduced

Ljubljana, 2 August - A new regulation aiming to ensure safety and health for workers manually handling loads was released by the Labour Ministry on Wednesday in response to calls by trade unions to update outdated legislation and address increasing pressures. The rules, which include mandatory restrictions, will enter into force in a year's time, on 1 August 2024.
